Business Operations & Development Intern (Spring 2026)
Term: Spring 2026

Weeks: 15
Hours per week: 8-9 (TOTAL of 120 hours for fall term)
Compensation: $15.50/hour (Funded through SUNY Oswego Impact Fund)
Credit: 3 (registered through SUNY Oswego Office of Experiential Learning)
MUST be eligible and planning to register for SUNY Oswego internship credit through SUNY Oswego Office of Experiential Learning.

Roles (Will range across marketing, PR, finance, & strategic planning dependent on student interests and abilities):
- Mentor with SBDC staff to understand scope of clients and key needs of partners
- Support staff in delivering business advisement and technical assistance
- Pivot across projects for different clients
- Gain experience in business planning and analytics
- May gain experience conducting financial assessments
WIDE range of project areas available!
Qualifications:
- Business, Marketing, Finance, PR, Accounting, Strategic Communication, MBA or other related major/program.
- Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student status at time of internship start
- Minimum 2.5 GPA for undergraduate, 3.0 for graduate student
- Must be eligible and planning to register for SUNY Oswego internship credit through SUNY Oswego Office of Experiential Learning.
