Intern Program Management

Growth Valley Community (GVC) | Remote, Part-Time | Preference: The ideal candidate must come from rich educational background.

The Role

Own the day-to-day energy of our Teen Entrepreneur Club:

  • Co-host weekly Zoom workshops – run breakouts, manage Q&A, keep sessions on schedule.
  • Light-speed community upkeep – spark discussion in Slack/Discord, spotlight student wins, enforce guidelines.
  • Speaker & logistics coordination – chase confirmations, prep briefing sheets, handle “last-minute chaos” so mentors can focus on teaching.
  • Data & feedback loop – track attendance, pull quick surveys, turn raw notes into actionable insights for the ops team.
  • Gamify engagement – design icebreakers, mini-challenges, badge systems that keep teens coming back.

Must-Haves

  • Enrolled at Stanford (UG/Grad) — any major; you’re on-campus or remote this term.
  • Fluent communicator — crisp writing, confident on camera, zero tolerance for vague instructions.
  • Tools-ready — Zoom power-user; comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack/Discord, Airtable (or pick it up fast).
  • Proven leadership — you’ve run a club, taught peers, or shipped events that actually happened.
  • Relentless follow-through — you hit deadlines, escalate blockers, and don’t need reminders.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Startup, hackathon, or ed-tech exposure.
  • Basic design skills (Figma/Canva) for quick slide touch-ups.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive pay (hourly, DOE) for ~5-7 hrs/week, May–Aug (flexible).
  • 1-on-1 access to a founder with a $30 M e-commerce track record.
  • A front-row seat to how a high-selectivity global teen program is built and scaled.
  • Letter of recommendation or referral—earn it, get it.
  • Option to extend into a longer ops or community role.

How to Apply

Hit “Easy Apply” with:

  • PDF resume.
  • 100-word note on the most chaotic event you’ve ever wrangled—and the fix you shipped.
  • (Optional) 60-sec Loom pitching one idea to boost teen engagement at GVC.

We review on a rolling basis; first interviews start in 7 days.
