Intern Program Management
Growth Valley Community (GVC) | Remote, Part-Time | Preference: The ideal candidate must come from rich educational background.
The Role
Own the day-to-day energy of our Teen Entrepreneur Club:
- Co-host weekly Zoom workshops – run breakouts, manage Q&A, keep sessions on schedule.
- Light-speed community upkeep – spark discussion in Slack/Discord, spotlight student wins, enforce guidelines.
- Speaker & logistics coordination – chase confirmations, prep briefing sheets, handle “last-minute chaos” so mentors can focus on teaching.
- Data & feedback loop – track attendance, pull quick surveys, turn raw notes into actionable insights for the ops team.
- Gamify engagement – design icebreakers, mini-challenges, badge systems that keep teens coming back.
Must-Haves
- Enrolled at Stanford (UG/Grad) — any major; you’re on-campus or remote this term.
- Fluent communicator — crisp writing, confident on camera, zero tolerance for vague instructions.
- Tools-ready — Zoom power-user; comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack/Discord, Airtable (or pick it up fast).
- Proven leadership — you’ve run a club, taught peers, or shipped events that actually happened.
- Relentless follow-through — you hit deadlines, escalate blockers, and don’t need reminders.
Nice-to-Haves
- Startup, hackathon, or ed-tech exposure.
- Basic design skills (Figma/Canva) for quick slide touch-ups.
What You’ll Get
