On-site Production Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time, project-based On-site Production Support specialist to assist customers during the initial production phase after equipment delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English and be able to work onsite during daytime shifts only.

Responsibilities:

-Provide on-site support for customers after equipment has been delivered and installed.

-Accompany the customer through the production process and closely monitor equipment performance.

-Accurately record and report any equipment issues encountered during production.

-Communicate with internal teams and customers in both Chinese and English to ensure timely problem resolution.

Requirements:

-Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

-Ability to work onsite during daytime shifts.

-Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

-Previous experience with equipment operation, manufacturing processes, or technical support is a plus.

-Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently under a project-based schedule.
