Political Finance Fellow
Position:
The Finance & Call Time Intern will assist with all aspects of the campaign’s fundraising operation, including donor research, call time management, event preparation, and follow-up. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in political fundraising and campaign operations at the congressional level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare materials for candidate call time, including updating call sheets and tracking pledges.
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, including invitations, logistics, and guest communications.
- Support digital fundraising and email outreach efforts as needed.
- Follow up with donors and stakeholders to ensure timely contributions and acknowledgments.
- Work closely with senior staff to ensure all finance-related deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional demeanor.
- Interest in political campaigns, public service, or fundraising preferred.
