Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Summer Intern to join our team for the upcoming summer season. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic world of commercial real estate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Market Research and Analysis:

   - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the commercial real estate industry.

   - Compile and analyze data related to property transactions, market vacancy rates, rental rates, and property demographics.

   

2. Assist with Property Due Diligence:

   - Support the due diligence process for potential property acquisitions or dispositions.

   - Assist in reviewing property financials, conducting property inspections, and preparing property valuation models.

   

3. Support Transactional Activities:

   - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, offering memorandums, and presentations for property listings.

   - Coordinate property showings, meetings, and client presentations as needed.

   

4. Financial Analysis and Modeling:

   - Assist in financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate transactions, including cash flow projections, NPV analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

   - Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk factors.

   

5. Client Relationship Management:

   - Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and presentations to gain exposure to client relationship management practices.

   - Assist in maintaining client databases and preparing client communication materials.

   

6. General Administrative Support:

   - Provide general administrative support to the commercial real estate team, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming inquiries.

   - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

- Previous internship or work experience in real estate, finance, or related fields is a plus.

 

Duration and Compensation:

- This is a full-time, paid internship position lasting 8 weeks during the summer months, commencing on 06/01/2026.

- Compensation will be $20 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis.

 

Internship Hours and Location:

- The intern will report to 400 Galleria Parkway Cumberland, Suite 1650, Atlanta, GA 30339.

- Hours will be from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
