A&R Talent Scout (Internship)

We are a Miami-based record label and music catalogue broker seeking an A&R / Talent Scout Intern. This is a paid opportunity with performance-based pay. You will help us discover and recruit artists, influencers, models, YouTubers, producers, and other talent for distribution, publishing admin, marketing, and management opportunities.

Interns earn pay from deals generated through leads they contact and refer to Head A&R for conversion, including distribution enrollments, publishing services, funding deals, features, show bookings, influencer growth projects, and other entertainment opportunities. Earnings are uncapped.
We provide training, industry resources, access to our distribution partners (including partners like Empire, The Orchard and many others), and support from our marketing network. Ideal for students interested in music, social media, and entertainment business.
Requirements
- Strong interest in the music industry, entertainment, or social media talent management.
- Ability to communicate professionally with artists, influencers, and industry partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to new talent.
- Ability to work remotely
- Flexible availability; must be able to travel locally when needed for meetings or content-related tasks.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Reliable phone and internet connection.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
