JURISolutions is seeking a Trust & Estates Paralegal for a hybrid opportunity with our law firm client located in Philadelphia. 

This candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in trust & estates, specifically in PA and NJ; NY experience is a plus. Candidates will handle the life cycle of estates administration, keep track of estate deadlines, and provide efficient administration of estates.  You will work independently while directly with families and representatives; candidates should work well in a collaborative environment. Candidates will be responsible for correspondence and must be detail oriented. They will Handle Orphans’ Court and Surrogate Court filings in various counties and oversee the execution and notarization of documents. A notary license and experience with Lackner is preferred.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid expectation (3 days in office).
