Marketing Assistant
We’re looking for a Rockstar marketing assistant with a great work ethic and a passion for medical aesthetics. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, responsible, and a creative thinker. Tech and social media savvy individuals will automatically be considered.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent schedule of podcasts
- Reach out to potential podcast candidates
- Set up all podcasts and zoom meetings
- Podcast editing
- Podcast assets
- Podcast thank you notes and gifts
- Correspond with patients and business contacts
- Edit all audio and filmed content
- Create monthly newsletters
- Create monthly sales and analytics
- KD Skincare line testimonials
- Rebrand KD Skincare
- Create KD Skincare travel kits
- Compile and upload before and after photos to website
- Write blog posts for the website
- Create and post content to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Oversee e-commerce and ensure shipments go out on time
- Respond to online inquiries
- Create and edit video content
- Design PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
- Assist with influencers
- Assist with Web design
- Handle all aspects of the Amazon storefront and highlight buttons
- Update Dr. Kay's media kit and LinkedIn
Skills:
- Strong grasp of social media platforms is a must
- Strong writing and communication skills are a must
- Experience with platforms including Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Microsoft Office, GarageBand, WordPress, QuickBooks, AI
- Applicants with prior experience in a medical practice and/or plastic surgery strongly encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
