Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Remote (Eastern Time preferred)
Compensation: $200/month stipend + commission on converted sales
Time Commitment: 20 hours/week (flexible)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Winter/Spring with potential for extension

We’re a small but mighty team of two co-founding women (who double as high-level business, leadership, and life coaches) and we’re looking for a passionate, growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our outreach and sales pipeline. What You’ll Do:
As our intern, you'll wear several creative hats and receive hands-on mentorship as you:
What You'll Be Doing (Sales-Focused Role)
- Conduct cold outreach via email, DMs, and phone to qualified leads
- Generate and organize new leads from marketing channels and events
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls directly into the co-founders’ calendars
- Update and manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) with lead notes, statuses, and follow-ups
- Use provided sales scripts and contribute to creating/refining sales workflows
- Follow up with leads through email, text, and DMs to move them through the sales funnel
- Minor support in content creation and community engagement (approx. 25% of the role)

Who We're Looking For:
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related majors
- Someone who is comfortable with phone calls, direct outreach, and building relationships
- Detail-oriented and self-directed, with strong communication skills
- Familiar with G-Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms (or eager to learn)
- Interested in personal growth, human connection, and purpose-driven business
- Bonus if you are fluent in Spanish or located in EST
