Family Law Attorney – Hybrid Role | Downtown Phoenix

A well-established law firm located in Downtown Phoenix is looking to add a skilled and driven Family Law Attorney to our team. This is a full-time hybrid position (39 hours per week) offering a collaborative and supportive work environment rooted in professionalism and work-life balance. Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Work Model: In-office 3 days weekly, remote 2 days weekly.
  • Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM; Fridays, 8 AM–3 PM.
  • Remote Work: Flexible hours; all software and hardware provided for work from home.

Role & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters involving domestic relations. You must be comfortable handling cases independently while also collaborating with other members of the firm. The core responsibilities include:

  • Client Interaction and Case Intake.
  • Legal Research and Case Analysis.
  • Drafting and Filing Legal Documents.
  • Negotiation and Settlement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Family Law experience (more preferred)
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
  • Strong courtroom presence and confidence in client interactions
  • Ability to clearly communicate your skills and value to potential clients

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary plus monthly performance-based bonus, based on experience. $110k to $160k starting salary, plus monthly bonus.
