Luxury PR, Marketing & Events Full Time Internship
Note: This is a full-time, paid internship not tied to academic credit, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role upon successful completion.
Term: January 7, 2026 – May 29, 2026
Compensation: $22/hour
Schedule: ~35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for events and client activations.

About the Internship:
We seek an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or academic backgrounds in PR, marketing, journalism, advertising, or project management.
The PR internship will involve researching and curating media lists, recommending targeted outreach strategies, supporting the expansion of internal databases for media and publications, supporting the team in communications with media, developing targeted pitches and more. Responsibilities also include supporting social media content and sample inventory logistics, tracking client KPIs and event production support.
This internship offers hands-on experience and meaningful exposure to luxury brand communications.
Upon successful completion of the internship, the goal is to transition this role into a full-time PR Assistant position. We’re looking for someone eager to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and build curated media lists; identify relevant editors and journalists aligned with client editorial goals.
Support social media content development, brainstorming concepts that extend beyond the internship term.
Assist with weekly and monthly KPI reports across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage sample inventory logistics, including drafting loan agreements, preparing shipments, and maintaining tracking.
Conduct bi-monthly product inventory checks to ensure accurate internal documentation.
Provide event planning and on-site support when needed.
Expand and maintain agency databases for media, publications, and industry resources.
Contribute innovative pitching ideas and help broaden media outreach pipelines.
Assist account leads with media communications, asset delivery, and story development.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven PR experience, including previous internship work, is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to identify relevant media targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Understanding of traditional, digital, and social media channels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Professionalism when communicating with media, vendors, and clients
Basic familiarity with PR tools such as Muck Rack, Cision, or Meltwater (a plus, not required)
Interest in editorial trends, media landscapes, and brand storytelling
Willingness to support off-site events when needed
