Field Marketing Intern

Position: Field Marketing Intern (Partnerships & Provider Outreach)
Location: Hybrid (Greenwich, CT preferred)
Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days/Week (~24 hours/week)
Compensation: $10–$16/hour, based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a energetic Field Marketing Intern to support our provider partnership development, collaborative programming, and communications outreach. This role is ideal for a college junior with strong organizational and communication skills who is interested In healthcare, wellness, and professional networking.

You’ll help maintain and expand ESSE’s network of referring providers and collaborators by supporting communications, logging outreach efforts, and coordinating potential joint offerings such as webinars or newsletters. You’ll also assist with provider-facing content and community updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing communication with physician and wellness partners (e.g., fertility clinics, physical therapists, acupuncturists)
• Assist in maintaining outreach logs and tracking partnership activity
• Help coordinate collaborative initiatives, such as webinars, joint newsletters, and educational features
• Prepare and maintain ESSE’s provider-focused newsletter and outreach materials
• Support planning for local in-person visits or meetings with partner offices
• Attend internal meetings and strategy sessions, with opportunities to contribute ideas for growth and engagement

Qualifications:

• College junior preferred, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Interest in women’s health, wellness, and integrative medicine
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with both remote and in-person responsibilities (Greenwich, CT location preferred)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional
• Familiarity with platforms like excel, hubspot, adobe

Internship Details:

• Schedule: Approximately 24 hours/week over 3 days (flexible within business hours)
• Location: Hybrid, with Greenwich, CT preferred for in-person collaboration
