We’re a fast-growing, family-owned business based in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, and we’re looking for a high-energy, eager-to-learn team member to join our operations crew.
This is a true “wear many hats” role — perfect for someone who wants to get their hands on every part of a thriving company and grow with us. What You’ll Do (and Learn):
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations (picking, packing, receiving, inventory management)
- Assist with customer care — answering phones, responding to emails, solving problems with a smile
- Provide sales support — processing orders, coordinating with the sales team, following up on leads
- Jump in wherever needed: light assembly, shipping/receiving, running local errands, keeping the facility organized
- Contribute ideas and help improve processes as we scale
Who You Are:
- High energy and a “no job is too small” attitude
- Hungry to learn every aspect of the business
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking direction from a variety of team members
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, or similar); experience with shipping software or ERP is a plus but not required
- Able to lift to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day
- Excited to work on-site in Sturbridge, MA (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
