Travel And Operations Intern

Position Summary:

Haversham & Baker Expeditions, the leading provider of international golf travel to the British Isles and Spain, is seeking a driven and energetic individual for the position of Travel & Operations Intern. 

This seasonal position, based at our headquarters in Cincinnati, collaborates closely with our Concierge and Marketing Manager. As a Travel & Operations Intern, you’ll help to shape unforgettable experiences, while building a strong foundation in the golf travel business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Concierge in confirming travel arrangements, including dinner reservations, spa appointments, and other personalized plans.
• Efficiently enter and update traveler information and other data.
• Prepare pre-departure documents and similar communications for travelers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on various tasks, yielding a base of experience in email marketing, content management, social media, and other areas.
• Basic clerical duties, such as filing, supply management, and telephone reception.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner with great attention to detail.
• Creative problem solver that can adapt to unforeseen changes and obstacles.
• Strong communication skills for serving a high-end clientele.
