Elementary Curriculum Developer (K-3)

MagiCore Learning is seeking a detail-oriented Elementary Curriculum Developer with a strong understanding of K–3 standards and developmentally appropriate instruction. This role focuses on designing thoughtful, skill-based lesson plans and interactive digital learning concepts—not building activities, but creating the blueprint for them.

The ideal candidate can clearly connect concepts, topics, and materials to learning goals; identify age-appropriate skills; and thoughtfully scaffold content for young learners. Candidates must understand curriculum design, standards alignment, and how to craft learning experiences that are highly engaging, fun, and meaningful across content areas including science, reading, social-emotional learning, and more.
