Axe Sports Group is seeking a unpaid Legal Intern to support our General Counsel across all legal functions of a rapidly growing NIL and athlete-development startup. This is a unique opportunity for pre-law and law-track students — and aspiring sports agents — to gain real legal and NIL experience inside a company poised for major expansion and investment.

You will assist with the legal, compliance, and contract workflows that drive our representation, brand partnerships, and university-facing programming through our Next Play Initiative (NPI).

This is a startup role — fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for students who want real responsibility and exposure to the legal/business side of sports.

You will also have access to as many high-level meetings as you want to observe, including:

Internal strategic/legal meetings

Ideal Candidate

College junior or above

Pre-law, law-track, business, sports management, or related field

Strong writer, communicator, and researcher
