Covalent Logic is seeking a curious, tech-savvy, people-loving Intern to help support our helpdesk, social media magic, and project documentation efforts. You’ll learn, you’ll create, you’ll troubleshoot, and you’ll get a front-row seat to how an award-winning creative + communications shop really works.

What You’ll Do

Helpdesk Hero

  • Receive and respond to support questions from end users via phone and email.
  • Learn and become familiar with all software platforms our users rely on (don’t worry — we’ll train you!). 
  • Apply critical thinking to diagnose issues, resolve basic requests, and escalate when necessary.
  • Use templated responses where applicable while ensuring professionalism and accuracy, or craft custom ones when the moment calls for it. 
  • Document interactions and maintain organized records of support inquiries.

Social Media Sidekick

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms. 
  • Track what’s working, what’s flopping, and what’s unexpectedly going viral.
  • Support campaigns and community engagement with creativity and consistency Maintain brand voice and ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals

Reporting Rockstar

  • Prepare monthly client reports using established frameworks.
  • Input and summarize client-specific data, including campaign results, email marketing metrics, engagement performance, and other KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all reporting deliverables.
  • Transform raw numbers into insights that actually make sense.

PM Documentation Apprentice

  • Build and update QA testing documents, website page reports, and other highly impressive project materials.
  • Work with project managers to keep everything tidy, organized, and on track.
  • Learn how real creative projects move from “idea” to “live.”

  • You love solving problems and thinking things through.
  • Comfortable answering questions over the phone and via email.
  • You communicate clearly — whether in-person, you’re on the phone or writing an email.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and never met a checklist you didn’t love.
  • You pick up new software quickly.
  • You’re comfortable bouncing between tech support, creative tasks, and digital reporting.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Bonus points if you’re interested in communications, IT, marketing, or project management.
