ROLE SUMMARY____________________________________________________________

 

Life is looking for a thoughtful, patient, and articulate Care Experience Representative

to help us reconnect with former caregivers and patients and welcome them back into our care. You’ll be reaching out to individuals who left for a variety of reasons—new benefits, different providers, or life circumstances—and opening the door for them to return.

 

You’ll be the voice of our agency: listening closely, understanding concerns, and guiding people toward solutions that fit their needs. This role matters because every conversation has the potential to rebuild trust and restore care for someone who needs it.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO____________________________________________________________

 

  • Reconnect through outbound calls to caregivers and others who may consider Life.
  • Build trust by listening with patience and addressing concerns clearly.
  • Guide reactivation by explaining next steps, benefits, and eligibility.
  • Provide fast, supportive service to patients and families.
  • Document call outcomes and flag trends that improve our re-engagement efforts.
  • Protect privacy and follow compliance rules at all times.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING________________________________________________________

 

  • Experience: You’ve worked in customer-service roles before. You LOVE people. 
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Language: Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Additional Chinese dialects preferred.
  • Persuasive: You don’t take “no” as an answer. You are empathetic and convincing. 
  • Organizational skills: Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Deep respect and understanding of the communities we serve.

Flushing, New York (about 30-45 minutes from Manhattan). In-office 5 days a week.
