Location: NJ, USA

Remote/ Hybrid/ On-Site | Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

We are currently looking for bilingual Associate Recruitment Consultants who are fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: Korean, Mandarin Chinese or Japanese. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply.

Key Responsibilities

·       Sourcing candidates using headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases

·       Conducting candidate interviews (screening, phone, and on-site/virtual)

·       Managing the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients

·       Supporting clients in identifying their hiring needs

·       Presenting and promoting qualified candidates to clients

·       Offering roles to selected candidates and closing placements

·       Building and managing relationships with clients through business development

·       Promoting Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clients

·       Negotiating terms of business with clients

 

What Makes a Great Recruiter at Cesna Group?

·       1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or related fields

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       A track record of working toward and achieving targets

·       Strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively under pressure

·       Fluency in English is required; fluency in Korean, Mandarin Chinese or Japanese is highly desirable

·       MBA highly preferred 

·       A passion for performance, achievement, and teamwork
