Account Executive
Lizit is a fast-growing SaaS startup building the modern operating system for equipment and event rental companies across the U.S. We help rental businesses manage inventory, contracts, maintenance, and day-to-day operations in one simple platform.
We’re hiring our first Account Executive to help drive our expansion in the U.S. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup and take real ownership of sales, customer relationships, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do:
Generate new leads through outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn)
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Build and manage your own pipeline
Learn how rental businesses operate and help them adopt better technology
Work directly with the founding team on strategy, messaging, and GTM execution
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills
Interest in tech, SaaS, or the equipment rental industry
Comfortable with outreach and talking to customers
Highly motivated, organized, and competitive
Ability to learn fast in a startup environment
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Compensation:
Base salary: $60K–$65K
On-target earnings (OTE): ~$120K
Upside potential for top performers: $150K–$180K+
Commission paid on collected revenue with accelerators
