Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and support communication between departments
  • Order office and operational supplies; maintain inventory levels
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including freight pickups and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings, shipments, team calendars, and client visits
  • Enter, issue, and track invoices for both clients and vendors
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documents (ISO-friendly)
  • Communicate with customers and vendors and provide timely follow-up


Qualifications

  • Experience in office management
  • Strong organization, scheduling, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, email platforms, and basic accounting tasks
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
