About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and ambitious Marketing & Communication Intern to join our team and help build our brand from the inside out.
This is not your typical internship, you’ll take part in shaping our marketing strategy, brand voice, and community presence across multiple platforms.

You’ll touch everything from partnerships and digital campaigns to storytelling content and operational coordination. If you love blending creativity and strategy, this is your moment.

Your Mission

Marketing Strategy & Partnerships

Co-develop and execute creative, data-driven marketing campaigns

Identify and activate partnerships with universities, embassies, relocation agencies, and international programs

Expand our referral and affiliate networks to grow brand awareness

Communication & Content

Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a storytelling and lifestyle focus

Help refine our visual identity and brand assets

Collaborate on website UX improvements and copywriting

Project Management & Operations

Support client onboarding, check-in/check-out coordination, and general ops (bookings, invoices, follow-up emails)

Track campaign performance and analyze key marketing KPIs

Who You Are

You have previous experience (internship, freelance, or projects) in marketing, communication, or digital strategy

You’re currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

You’re organized, proactive, and creative, with a “get-it-done” mindset

You understand Gen Z social media trends and how to connect with an international audience

(Bonus) You’re passionate about real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or interior design
