Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales & Growth Associate to support our growth in the U.S. and UK. This is a hybrid commercial role combining:
- Tactical Business Development
- Inside Sales / Closing
- University and Student Club Partnerships
- Pipeline and Lead Coordination
You will work closely with our Boston-based GTM team and collaborate with colleagues across the U.S., Asia, and the UK. The role requires clear communication, reliable follow-through, and strong relationship-building skills.
What You Will Do
Sales and Closing (Primary)
- Move leads through the pipeline (qualification to proposal to close)
- Run follow-up calls, discovery sessions, and program walkthroughs
- Support closing conversations with U.S. and UK universities and student clubs
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, and partnership materials
- Achieve a blended monthly commercial quota after ramp
Tactical Business Development
- Conduct warm outreach to student clubs and university teams
- Build and maintain relationships with U.S. and UK clubs
- Support campus BD with our Campus Business Developer network
- Attend local events, meetups, and campus visits with the GTM team
Partnership and Account Management
- Maintain active communication with university partners and club leaders
- Ensure clear and professional email and Zoom communication
- Track account status and support renewal opportunities
- Assist with inbound leads from Asia and the UK when needed
Pipeline and Operational Support
- Maintain CRM accuracy and update lead statuses
- Coordinate student activation with Campus Business Developers
- Prepare follow-up notes, summaries, and basic decks
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams on outreach messaging
- Contribute to building our Boston in-person culture
Who You Are
Experience and Skills
- 1–4 years in higher education, EdTech, partnerships, business development, sales, admissions, or student engagement
- Native-level English and strong writing skills
- Confident in online and in-person meetings
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with follow-up
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured documentation
- Professional communication presence with university audiences
