Field Marketing Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our company through engaging in field marketing initiatives and establishing relationships with referral partners in related industry's. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness. Depending on the candidate, we are open to hiring part-time, full-time or internship style role.

Responsibilities

·                  Field Marketing: Visit local plumbing supply houses regularly to promote our plumber referral program and build brand awareness

·                  Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential referral partners who service residential and commercial properties

·                  Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with plumbers, contractors, and supply house staff

·                  Marketing Materials: Create and distribute promotional materials, business cards, and promotional information

·                  Reporting: Track visits, new partnerships, and referral activity to measure program success

·                  Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field to help refine our referral program and marketing approach

Requirements

·                  Proven experience in marketing or sales

• Public speaking experience is highly valued; comfort presenting to groups is helpful.
• Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of persuasive techniques.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer engagement.

• Basic understanding of construction, plumbing, or building trades (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Familiarity with water damage issues and how they relate to plumbing work is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Comfortable using basic technology (smartphone, email, CRM tools)
• Organized with good time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
