Job Description

Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create social media pages:
- Produce short-form video content, graphics, copy, and other assets aligned with brand voice and strategy.
- Stay current on trends in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to create culturally relevant content.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent, comedic and compelling brand voice across all external communications and marketing materials.
- Marketing Roadmap: Develop and maintain a high-level Marketing Roadmap that outlines the timeline, key deliverables, and KPIs for all major marketing initiatives. This includes creating a forward-looking plan that keeps messaging, campaigns, and content on a strict and consistent schedule. The roadmap should provide clear visibility into upcoming priorities, ensure cross-team alignment, and establish measurable success criteria to guide ongoing execution.
- Visual Content Improvement: Enhance the visual quality and presentation of company slide decks and other marketing collateral.
- Marketing Strategy: Proactively research and contribute innovative ideas, strategies, and competitive analysis to improve overall marketing efforts.

Requirements
- A high-achieving undergraduate junior or senior, or a current graduate student in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field, with meaningful hands-on experience gained through internships, coursework, campus organizations, or personal creative projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, campaigns, or marketing roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in visual editing or design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Time Commitment

10–20 hours per week, depending on academic schedule and workload.
- Must be able to join weekly check-ins, meet deadlines consistently, and stay responsive during agreed-upon working hours.
