What You’ll Do
- Design and develop overall recruiting strategy for non-union positions.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and college campus outreach.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage applicant tracking systems.
- Handle contracts for temp and contract agencies.
- Ensure diverse candidate pools and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
- Write and present offer and no-thank-you letters to candidates.
- Review compensation ranges and offer suggestions as necessary.
- Stay current on recruiting trends and platforms.
- Track time-to-fill reporting for each position.
- Facilitate onboarding experience.
- Complete E-Verify and background checks.
- Manage I-9 authorization forms.
- Assist with HR generalist duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a recruiter in a large organization (in-house or staffing agency).
- Cleanroom/construction industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (behavioral, structured).
- Hands-on experience with selection processes and applicant tracking systems.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
- 5–10 years of recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Location & Travel
Home Base: Clayton, North Carolina or Richmond, Virginia
Travel: As necessary between Richmond, VA and Clayton, NC to support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
