Part Time Marketing Intern

5-10 hours per week can turn into more for the right candidate.  

 

Responsibilities Include:

Listing properties for rent on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and our website.

Renewing listings on rental platforms.

Editing photos of units.

Viewing properties and customizing property descriptions.

Updating property information in our software (Rent Manager).

 

Requirements:

Punctual!

Reliable!

Interest in marketing and/or Real estate!

Tech savvy

Willing to learn

Good written and oral communication

Must be a self-starter!

Photoshop experience a plus

CRM experience a plus

Google Analytics a plus

Word Press Experience a plus
