Financial Services Intern

Position Overview:
This internship provides hands-on experience in the financial services industry while working directly with senior leadership. The Financial Services Executive Assistant Intern will learn the intricacies of Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, and Wealth Management, gaining exposure to real client strategies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support the full sales pipeline for life insurance, annuities, and wealth-management solutions.

Assist with organizing client files, preparing case notes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Participate in training sessions to understand core financial strategies, retirement planning concepts, and product designs.

Support the Executive and Advisors with scheduling, client preparation, and sales process management.

Help maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry for all sales activity.

Observe client appointments (when appropriate) to learn communication and advisory techniques.

Contribute to research, product comparisons, and presentation materials.
