Instructional Training Specialist

Description: Support educators by leading energetic, practical professional development sessions that help schools bring proven strategies into daily instruction. You’ll collaborate with districts to design learning experiences that match their goals, whether that means a single training day or a longer coaching series. Experience in teaching, school leadership, instructional coaching, or higher-ed is ideal. You should feel comfortable facilitating adult learning and adjusting your approach based on the group. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible, project-based work. We offer orientation, facilitator resources, and ongoing support. Travel is scheduled in advance for on-site engagements.
