Brand Ambassador
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a retail or event setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting our clients' products. This role involves building relationships with customers, enhancing brand awareness through various marketing initiatives, and acquiring new customers for our clients, overall increasing our clients' bottomline.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers at promotional events and retailers to promote brand awareness.
- Communicate effectively the features and benefits of our products directly to diverse audiences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion, as well as learn how to acquire new customers through in-person conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is not preferred, but not required.
- Background in event marketing is a plus, showcasing ability to organize and promote events successfully.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Familiarity with food service or hospitality industries is advantageous but not required.
