Opener Sales Representative

Position: Opener (Salary + Commission)

This is the entry-level sales role on our team. You’ll be responsible for calling warm and fresh business leads, engaging business owners, and setting up opportunities for our closers.

What We Offer:

  • Salary + Commission: Weekly base pay with uncapped commission.
  • Progression Path: Training → Junior Broker → Senior Broker → Team Leader (with overrides).

Compensation Example

  • Training Period: $600 weekly base + commissions.
  • Junior Broker (post-training): $700 weekly base + commissions.
  • Senior Broker: $45,000+/year salary + higher commissions, bonuses, syndication opportunities, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound & outbound leads (business owners).
  • Generate interest and transfer to closers or set up appointments.
  • Learn sales scripts and objection handling.
  • Track performance metrics in CRM.
  • Maintain a high activity level — this is a phone-heavy role.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Competitive, money-driven, and motivated by growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
