Opener Sales Representative
Position: Opener (Salary + Commission)
This is the entry-level sales role on our team. You’ll be responsible for calling warm and fresh business leads, engaging business owners, and setting up opportunities for our closers.

Compensation Example
- Training Period: $600 weekly base + commissions.
- Junior Broker (post-training): $700 weekly base + commissions.
- Senior Broker: $45,000+/year salary + higher commissions, bonuses, syndication opportunities, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Call and qualify inbound & outbound leads (business owners).
- Generate interest and transfer to closers or set up appointments.
- Learn sales scripts and objection handling.
- Track performance metrics in CRM.
- Maintain a high activity level — this is a phone-heavy role.
Qualifications
- Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Competitive, money-driven, and motivated by growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
