Job Description:

RV Park / Property Management / Online Education, Social Media, Web, On Site, Strategy Marketing- Spring/ Summer / Fall 2026. 

This can be a paid internship or we will work with your college to apply experience towards college credit.

Internship Overview:

Unhitched RV is seeking two creative and enthusiastic Marketing Interns to support our marketing efforts and enhance our visual presence across our 28+ locations for the Spring/ Summer / Fall 2026 seasons. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the outdoor hospitality industry. The interns will work closely with our Director of Marketing and the Unhitched RV management team to build engaging marketing materials that will be used across our various resorts and contribute to our overall marketing strategies. This internship offers valuable real-world experience and the chance to build a portfolio within a diverse and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design (Across Multiple Locations and Businesses):
    • Develop and maintain brand consistency in visual communications while considering the unique aspects of each location.
    • Contribute to the design of potential system-wide merchandise or signage.
    • Explore and propose new design concepts to strengthen the Unhitched RV brand identity.
  • Marketing Strategy & Support (Multi Business & Multi Location):
    • Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content relevant to our different locations (eg. highlighting unique activities, local attractions).
    • Contribute to the development of system-wide and location-specific email marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct basic market research on the camping and travel industry and analyze competitor activities in our regions.
    • Assist with website updates across our websites (basic content management, image uploads, ensuring consistency).
    • Help track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across different platforms.
    • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal campaigns relevant to our various locations.
    • Potentially assist with content creation for blog posts or website copy highlighting the unique features of each campground (writing are a plus).
    • Other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or other degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Required: Proven working knowledge of Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop. 
  • Working knowledge of email platform, and ClickFunnels would be a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn about marketing diverse locations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Passion for the outdoors and the camping/hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.

Time Commitment:

  • Spring / Summer / Fall 2026 Internship (approximately 100 days long).
  • 15-20 hours per week, with potential for flexibility
  • We are flexible and willing to work with the intern's academic schedule and spring / summer / fall availability.
