Member Services Representative
We are looking for a contract to to hire, dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This role involves delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced call center environment. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and maintaining high service standards.

• Exceptional typing skills with attention to accuracy.
• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus.
