Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Functional Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Location: Houston, TX 
Employment Type: Full-Time | W2 Only

Job Description:
We are looking for an Entry-Level / Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional with around 5 years of experience in customization, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365 modules (CRM / CE / F&O). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Power Platform and basic development or functional skills within the Dynamics ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuration, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 applications
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and support system enhancements
  • Develop PowerApps, workflows, and automation using Power Automate
  • Support data migration activities and integration with third-party systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and participate in testing and UAT cycles
  • Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and technical changes
  • Collaborate with senior consultants on implementations and upgrades

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CE, F&O)
  • Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, Plugins, Entities, and Power Platform
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, or .NET (basic to intermediate)
  • Understanding of data models, integration points, and API usage
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, or Dataverse
  • Basic understanding of SQL and SSRS reporting
