Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
  • Review legal documents for title gaps, property descriptions, and compliance
  • Support internal requests for easement planning and surface rights analysis
  • Prepare charts summarizing property rights and document findings
  • Work with databases like LandVision and Realm (training provided)

Qualifications: 

  • 2nd-year law student (top half of class preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Background in geology or science is a plus
  • Familiarity with property law, deeds, and title concepts
  • Experience with GIS tools (Google Earth, ArcGIS)
