Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown to a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I was a professional soccer player, and agency life runs in the family — both my aunt and cousin are part of State Farm. I’m married with a young daughter and my wife works alongside me in the agency, which makes this more than just a workplace - it’s truly a family environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
