Head Coach Women's Flag Football
The University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach for the Women’s Flag Football program to begin in the spring semester of 2026. This position is responsible for all phases of the Women’s Flag Football program, including recruiting quality student-athletes, monitoring the academic success of student-athletes, game preparation and strategy, supervising coaches, scheduling, enhancing public relations, organizing camps and clinics, fundraising, budget, adhering to NCAA and conference rules and regulations, and other general administrative duties. In addition, the Head Coach will be responsible for supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the University and its intercollegiate athletics program. North Alabama is an NCAA Division I member that successfully competes in the ASUN/UAC Conferences. Application review will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled.
Minimum qualifications include bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is preferred; fundraising experience is preferred; experience working in a leadership role in a collaborative environment is preferred; strong, working knowledge of the sport’s skills and training methods is required; a current, valid driver’s license is required; and CPR certification, renewed annually, is required.
