We’re expanding and seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support campaign execution, sales operations, and client-facing initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting both the marketing and sales teams at Nuvo Agency. This role ensures smooth campaign execution, accurate CRM management, timely lead follow-up, and tight coordination across internal teams.

You will assist with content creation, process management, reporting, and sales enablement—helping the agency maintain operational excellence and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and assist in producing content for posts, emails, and landing pages.
  • Help develop marketing collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and sales sheets.
  • Support event logistics for webinars, workshops, client presentations, and industry events.
  • Track campaign metrics and compile reports for internal and client-facing use.
  • Assist with asset organization and version management (creative files, campaigns, templates).

Sales Support Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads: document, qualify, assign, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot or similar), ensuring pipeline hygiene and data consistency.
  • Assist in creating proposals, SOWs, decks, and presentations for client prospects.
  • Conduct market and prospecting research; build segmented lead lists for outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and pipeline health.
  • Support sales sequences, outreach campaigns, and follow-up communications.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Liaise between marketing, sales, and creative teams to keep projects on track.
  • Own timelines and due dates—ensuring tasks are completed and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Support internal communication, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello—whichever applies).
  • Help improve processes for campaign execution, client onboarding, and sales workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or agency operations (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn marketing tools: email marketing systems, social schedulers, analytics dashboards.
  • Intermediate experience in Google Workspace or Office365
  • Familiar with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms, or lead list research tools.
