Outside Sales Representative
Location: Open Sales Opportunities in PA, MD, NY
Hours: 20–40 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $15/hour + performance/placement incentives + commission incentives
Employment Type: Outside Contractor / 1099
About Us:
Horse Hollow Distillery is the home of Jimmy Juice, a ready-to-drink cocktail brand based in Lancaster County, PA. We’re growing quickly and expanding into new areas, including PA, MD, and NY! We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing professional to help us build our brand presence, grow sales, and connect with local businesses and events.
What You’ll Do:
-Visit local bars, distributors, and stores to introduce/sell Jimmy Juice and grow our account list
-Support marketing efforts with in-store promotions and product sampling
-Work within the sales pipeline lead management software
-Help manage promotional materials (posters, coasters, merch, displays, etc.)
-Track sales leads, placements, and orders
-Create simple weekly reports of your outreach and progress
-Assist with events or product deliveries as needed
-Share updates on competitor activity or new opportunities

Requirements:
-Must have reliable transportation
-Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable talking with people
-21+ required (due to alcohol industry regulations)
-Basic Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills very helpful
-This is a year-round position.
Compensation & Perks:
$15/hour (20–40 hours per week)
Monthly car allowance ($200/month)
Incentive bonuses for new sales placements and reorders
-$100 for first placement
-$50 for second placement
-3% sales commission after 2nd customer order
