Growth & GTM Associate

Who We Are
Clipbook is a venture-backed AI B2B SaaS research and analysis platform built for communications and public affairs teams. We serve enterprise, PR, and public affairs firms, government offices, and nonprofits globally — including BCG, Weber Shandwick, Taco Bell, and JP Morgan.

We’re a fast-moving, profitable, and rapidly-growing startup building the leading AI-native media monitoring and intelligence platform. Our team comes from BCG, Bain & Company, The White House, Congress, and major nonprofits.

The Role
Clipbook is hiring a Growth & GTM Associate to drive our next stage of GTM expansion. You’ll own core parts of our go-to-market engine — from generating pipeline and leading outbound campaigns to building the systems, tools, and automations that scale our growth operations.
This is an ideal role for someone scrappy, resourceful, and hungry to make an immediate impact. Top performers will quickly grow into leadership roles as we scale.

What You’ll Do

GTM Ownership & Revenue Generation

Drive topline growth by owning a fast-paced, high-leverage GTM motion.

Identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects across enterprise, nonprofit, government, and political sectors.

Lead creative, data-driven outbound campaigns and consistently exceed pipeline targets.

Growth Engineering & Systems Building

Build internal tools, automations, and integrations to streamline GTM workflows using tools like Make, Clay, Unify, and Cursor. Technical skills are a plus.

Improve data visibility and reporting across CRM, analytics, and enrichment platforms.

Identify bottlenecks across growth operations and engineer scalable, repeatable solutions.

Cross-Functional Impact

Contribute to projects across growth marketing, operations, and strategy.

Bring creative energy and problem-solving to an early-stage team where every idea can influence the company’s trajectory.

What We’re Looking For

Highly motivated, scrappy, autonomous, and results-oriented — you execute with urgency and ownership.

Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo.io) and comfort navigating technical or data systems

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience with no-code tools (Cursor, Make) or coding environments is a plus.

Experience at a startup or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
