About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing complex contract negotiations, overseeing corporate structures, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing legal guidance that supports business objectives while minimizing risks
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise on corporate structure, governance, and entity management.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to mitigate legal risks.
- Manage external legal advisors when needed.
- Support M&A activities, corporate filings, and strategic transactions.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Law degree and active BAR membership in the U.S. (preferred).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and business law.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound legal judgments.
