Bilingual Workers' Compensation Attorney

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (native or near-native proficiency).
  • Licensed attorney authorized to practice in Utah. 
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • A strong communicator with a heart for service and a hunger to win.

Responsibilities

  • Run cases from the first consultation through trial. 
  • Supervise/handle all aspects of written discovery. 
  • Conduct/Defend depositions with skill, strategy, and purpose.
  • Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, keeping cases moving and clients informed.
  • Collaborate with our attorneys and paralegals to build strong cases and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • Active Utah Bar license (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
  • Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional presence that instill confidence.
  • No existing book of business is required - we will keep your calendar full and set you up to thrive from day one.

What We Offer

  • Zero billable hour requirements - focus on impact, not timekeeping.
  • Highly competitive salary: $125,000-$150,000, with bonus potential tied to performance and firm growth.

Work Location & Hours

10509 South River Heights Dr., South Jordan, UT 84095
This role is primarily in-office, with flexible hybrid options on Fridays. 


Monday: Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
