Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and competent Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, have a knack for solving problems independently.

This role requires a great attitude, a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the capacity to learn and problem-solve. This role is remote but some travel is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and the C-Suite team
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments using Outlook
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to the executive team
  • Manage social media accounts and assist in developing social media strategies
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate Event and Conference logisitcs and collateral

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in the NY Metro area, with a preference for northern New Jersey
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and social media management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and "figure things out" with minimal guidance
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to travel and setup for events and conferences in advance
