Talent Management Intern
We are seeking highly organized, driven, and proactive Talent Management Interns to support our team and roster of clients. It is a fast and very teachable atmosphere, with a ton of growth potential.
The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fast, resourceful, and deeply passionate about the entertainment industry (especially film, tv, and fashion!).
Casting Submissions & Creative Development
- Prepare, organize, and submit clients for film, television, commercial, theatre, and voiceover projects across casting platforms.
- Track all audition activity and follow up with casting offices in a timely, professional manner.
- Circulate audition sides, coaching materials, taping instructions, deadlines, and notes to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current projects, casting director preferences, and market trends.
- Coordinate client self-tape uploads, Zoom auditions, and in-person appointments.
- Read scripts, analyze decks, and provide notes.
- Build creative pitches and decks for branding, films/tv projects, and/or social media.
Brand Partnerships & Outreach
- Proactively pitch talent to brands, agencies, and production companies for campaigns, partnerships, events, and paid opportunities.
- Team touch base for proactive outreach based on individual client's brands.
- Track brand outreach, maintain decks/lists, and organize follow-up communication.
- Support in reviewing basic deal terms, usage, and deliverables.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars and google doc schedules for clients and Intention partners, including auditions, fittings, press, travel, and internal meetings.
- Coordinate communication across agents, publicists, casting directors, stylists, coaches, and production teams.
- Maintain day-to-day workflow, set reminders, flag deadlines, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Organize Google Doc company documents, update client materials, and keep internal systems clean and efficient.
Client Relations & Communication
- Serve as a professional and warm point of contact with clients, casting, agencies, and brand partners.
- Ensure clients receive appointments promptly and understand all instructions clearly. Track progress of castings and necessary follow ups.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Operational & Team Support
- Assist team with daily operations and long-term planning.
- Track incoming material, contracts, press, and client requests.
- Support production-related tasks for client projects in development (research, coverage, meeting notes, etc.).
