As a Corporate Recruiter Administrator, you’ll be the engine that keeps our recruiting team running smoothly. You’ll support the full talent acquisition process — from coordinating interviews to maintaining data integrity to analyzing hiring trends. It’s the perfect role for someone who wants to learn the recruiting field from the ground up while using their analytical and tech skills every day.
You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, gain hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, and help create an incredible candidate experience across the board.
What You'll Do
Recruiting Operations Support
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics.
Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized, accurate, and up to date.
Manage candidates through the hiring workflow, ensuring smooth communication at every step.
Assist with offer documentation, onboarding coordination, and compliance tasks.
Data & Analytics Support
Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, etc.).
Use Excel/Google Sheets to track recruiting metrics and identify trends.
Partner with recruiters to analyze bottlenecks and improve processes.
Support compliance tracking and document organization across HR systems.
Administrative Excellence
Manage calendars for the Talent Acquisition team.
Organize recruiting resources, forms, and templates.
Assist with vendor communication (background checks, job boards, etc.).
Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
Who You Are
Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, Communications, or related field).
Strong computer proficiency with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
An analytical thinker with a high attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn ATS, HRIS, and collaborative platforms.
A strong communicator — clear, professional, and people-friendly.
Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Positive, solution-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional support.
