Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $55–$60 per hour

 

Overview

Arbor Associates’ client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as an Educational Coordinator / Program Function Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of classroom educational services, supervising staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of behavioral and educational programming. The position requires classroom experience, supervisory expertise, and advanced training in special education and/or applied behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee classroom educational services and the implementation of behavioral programming.

Ensure compliance with each student’s Individual Education Program (IEP).

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and training to special education staff.

Collaborate with Lead Special Education Teachers and Curriculum Coordinators on lesson planning and curriculum delivery.

Monitor student progress, prepare progress reports, and recommend adjustments to instructional or behavioral strategies.

Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met within the classroom environment.

Support staff development through feedback, training, and performance monitoring.

Assist with licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements for the program.

 

Job Requirements

Required: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special Education.

Certification: Current BCBA credential. (Severe Special Education license not required.)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a special education setting, with demonstrated classroom experience.

Supervisory experience required.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention certifications (or ability to obtain).
