The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Web Services Resident to support Pursuit’s growing website division. This role is hands-on from day one. You’ll collaborate directly with our Director of Web Services to maintain, update, and improve client websites across Webflow and related platforms. You’ll execute site changes, manage content updates, and support new build launches, all while learning the full Pursuit workflow for premium web delivery.

Our Residency Program

The Pursuit Digital Residency Program is a hands-on development track for emerging creatives who want real agency experience.

Residents work directly alongside our directors on active client projects across web, video, and social, not watching from the sidelines. The purpose of the program is simple: to provide meaningful hands-on learning in a professional environment, sharpen creative and organizational skills, and build a portfolio of work that reflects high standards and real-world expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and refine website pages in Webflow that look sharp and function smoothly.
  • Strengthen on-site SEO through well-structured content and performance best practices.
  • Support Google tools and platforms such as Business Profiles, Workspace, and light Ads management.
  • Launch website updates tied to real marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure every update ships polished, responsive, and on-brand.

Requirements

  • Deep alignment with Pursuit’s values of honesty, humility, and excellence.
  • Basic experience in web design or website builders such as Webflow, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, etc. (Webflow is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail; broken layouts, spacing issues, and typos bother you.
  • Solid problem-solving instincts; you look for answers before you ask for help.
  • Must live near Knoxville and have reliable transportation.
