As an Education Operations Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the student experience, ensuring all programs run seamlessly and every family receives warm, professional support. This is a people-centered, detail-oriented, tech-enabled role ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in dynamic environments.

Role Summary

The Education Operations Associate supports the daily operation of Coding Mind programs by coordinating with students and families, ensuring all educational activities are well-organized, on schedule, and delivered with excellence. Your work directly influences the student journey, the quality of customer experience, and the overall success of our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Student Journey Coordination: Support every step of a student’s experience—from enrollment and scheduling to reminders, follow-ups, and program completion.
  • Family Communication: Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for parents and students. Answer questions, provide updates, and assist with day-to-day needs.
  • Class Operations: Confirm schedules, prepare class lists, manage attendance information, share class materials, and ensure sessions run smoothly.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with student showcases, competitions, workshops, and special events that highlight student learning and achievements.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain a positive, supportive environment for families; your kindness and clarity will shape each family’s impression of Coding Mind.
  • Tech & Admin Tasks: Use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, WeChat, and other tools to organize documents, maintain records, and streamline workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify scheduling issues, missing information, or communication gaps—and help resolve them quickly and thoughtfully.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms (Gmail, Zoom, Slack, WeChat).
  • Excellent communication skills—kind, patient, friendly, and professional when interacting with families and students.
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service, education, operations, or administrative work is a plus (but not required).
  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting education and youth development.
