Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Manager in the exciting world of engineered thatch, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building long-term relationships with key accounts, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, closing complex deals, and helping shape the future of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory or vertical.

Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and drive them through the full sales cycle.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to tailor solutions for customers.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company policies.

Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and report on key metrics.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

Serve as a mentor to junior sales staff and assist with training as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.

4-6+ years of B2B sales experience.

Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as required.
