Undergraduate Communications & Marketing Internship

Part-Time | 5–10 Hours per Week | Hybrid/Remote (Fort Collins, CO)

About Resilient Future Counseling

Resilient Future Counseling is a Fort Collins–based private practice dedicated to helping individuals build strength, resilience, and hope for the future. We provide compassionate, client-centered therapy and are looking for a motivated undergraduate student to join our team as a Communications & Marketing Intern. 

This role offers flexible hours, hands-on experience in digital marketing and communications, and the chance to contribute to meaningful work that supports mental health in our community.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to share resources and highlight services
  • Help brainstorm and launch marketing campaigns
  • Design simple graphics, short videos, or other creative content (Canva skills welcome!)
  • Assist with newsletters, blog posts, and other client communications
  • Help brainstorm and support marketing campaigns and outreach projects
  • Track engagement metrics and share ideas for expanding our reach

What We’re Looking For

  • Current undergraduate student majoring in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content strategies
  • Creative, organized, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: design, video editing, or Canva experience

The Details

  • 5–10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Work can be hybrid, remote, or in-person in Fort Collins
  • Internship may be eligible for academic credit
